Eternal Creatures Taxidermy values transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for cancellations and refunds related to workshops and commissioned taxidermy work.

1. Workshop Bookings

a) Cancellations by Participants
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and preparation are already allocated.

However, you may transfer your spot to another participant at no additional cost, please contact us to arrange.

b) Cancellations by Eternal Creatures

If we need to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, minimum participant numbers not met), you will be offered:
• A rescheduled date, or
• A full refund.

2. Commissioned Taxidermy Work

Due to the bespoke and artistic nature of commissioned taxidermy, no refunds are available once work has commenced.

Refunds may be issued before any materials or preparation begin, less any deposit or consultation fee. Each case will be considered individually.

We communicate clearly about expectations, timelines, and techniques prior to starting every project to ensure satisfaction.

3. Digital Products or Gift Vouchers
• All gift vouchers and digital course materials are non-refundable once issued.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be transferred to another person upon request.

4. Contact for Refund Requests

To request a refund or discuss an issue with your booking, please contact: lauren@eternalcreatures.com.au

Please include your name, booking reference, and reason for the request.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect business changes or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page.
